7. Account and Data Deletion
Users can request full deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. • In-App Deletion: Open the Thahaba app, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, and confirm deletion. • Web / Email Request: Send an email to support@sanaalraqmiah.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' from your registered email address. Upon account deletion, all personal information, user profiles, jewelry box items, and uploaded images/invoices will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Subscription transaction records may be retained as required by financial, tax, or legal obligations.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
